I was interested in learning more about MBTI and observing case studies to learn more about different types. This turned out to be difficult, because many people frequently changed their types.

I stayed because I found that people here were pretty honest and nice, relative to other internet communities I've been in. There was a time when I thought those things were mutually exclusive, but my experiences here was one thing that led me to conclude that I really don't know people all that well. Also, people here have a pretty good sense of humor and often willing to dive deeper into intellectual topics. Again, there's much less cliquey, unfunny snark, or hypocritical self-righteous, self-important screeds, and more actual content.

I daresay that this place has helped me become a better person, which suggests that typology is good for something.

Curiosity, to put it simply. I visited here often to read different mbti threads, and eventually just made an account on a whim. I grew to really like it here, much more than PerC (I've tried but I just dont like the setup lol).

I can't remember. I'm back because there's a dearth of traditional typology forums now. I've stuck around because it's quiet, I like small communities, I can no longer be bothered with forum dramas and I like to spout off about Enneagram here and there. And I still can't figure if I'm N or S or if it really matters.

I stay on the margins because I think I'm older than most people here and I don't relate to the core concerns of twenty-somethings anymore (academia, dating, establishing careers). I was never concerned with the latter anyway.

    A friend invited me.

The friends I made here kept me here, also it is a learning experience. I may not post much but I read much.

You're damned if you do and damned if you don't, so you might as well be yourself.

Why I came: I missed having a mbti forum home.

Why I’ve stayed: Friends, the opportunity for conversation, the unique and special thing that a forum is.

I came because INTPc was a dumpster fire, and I liked the community here.

I stayed because- I actually didn't stay I left for a long time.

Well you're part of the community so I suppose that's technically true.

    I didn’t list why I stayed.

Wishful thinking I suppose and endless curiosity if I made an impact or not.
