Gonna have to agree with this, sadly.

I tend to complexify the simple and simplify the complex, and I rarely, if ever, take things as they appear to be.

What is considered deep varies from person to person. I don't consider myself shallow or deep. I simply am the way I am. Other people may consider me either deep or shallow depending on their standards.

FYI, this is the definition I was using.

    Thanks, Hmm.

Yup. That's what I would've said, but put better than I probably would've.

I still get told I'm deep ALL the time though. I tend to just go though.

Being a deep person does not necessarily equate to one being intellectually superior or even wise, per se. Being "deep" is characterized by one being perpetually affected, engaged, intrigued and inquisitive about the world in which they live.

    (lol, according to me)

    Default Diving for Treasure

    First, induce a trance.

Then, within the first trance, induce a second trance.

And within the second trance, induce a third trance.

Each trance will reduce some cognitive faculties.

So by the time you get to the third or fourth level, you lose touch with the first trance.

And when you have lost touch with the first trance, you have also lost touch with the level above the first trance, which is reality.

When you lose touch with reality, the level you are on takes on the cast of reality.

And in this deepest of trances, you will receive revelations that you know are real.

And you only have to climb out of your trances one by one, or simply fall asleep, to carry your treasure back to the real world.
