I just figured it out. About a week ago I from out of nowhere seemed to have developed allergies. I wake in the morning under a cloud of sneezing and sniffiling. This leaves me lethargic because I am not running at max que during the day. When the sun starts to go down the allergies begin to subside and I am confronted with a burst of energy.

So the question is not to fall asleep but to wake up. Or better yet how to combat allergies with out the use of meds.

I feel your pain. September is a bitch, for me, in the midwest. Damn ragweed.
"We grow up thinking that beliefs are something to be proud of, but they're really nothing but opinions one refuses to reconsider. Beliefs are easy. The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."
