My grandmother. Very petite woman that had a history of confronting bullies wherever she saw them and she never cared about social expectations or the norms of society.

Haha, that's fine. But an explanation wouldn't hurt, however brief, right? I would personally like to hear why you admire your mom.

They're nicknamed Healers for a reason.

You got it. But I'll do it tomorrow, because my eyes are too tired to see the screen very well right now.

Walter Reuther, who I've had an odd admiration for since I was in middle school- I blame my auto worker grandfather for that one

    Dallas Green (INFP)

I admire him emensly as a performer and artist, but he's also a very respectable person.

He's a fantastic singer, guitarist, and songwriter and a totally chilled out guy. In all his interviews he is very calm and collected, even when absolutely retarded questions are asked. He always gives everyone respect, too. He's bassically a badass looking, tattoed(sp?) over-badass with a heart of gold. He's one of the few performers left who has made it big who is strictly in it for the love of music. You can tell he is genuine and congruent from the footage of him performing in 2004 when his rockin' screamo band Alixonfire was just getting big and his acoustic side project City and Colour was still virtually unknown except to the people of his hometown St. Catherines Ontario (which is near my hometown). He's also a rare example of a truely talented and creative songwriter who doesn't do drugs or drink (contrary to Bill Hick's comedy routine). He and his band are really only big in Canada, so I'm not sure if many of you have heard of him.

    Performances:

YouTube - Dallas Green of City & Colour Performing "Waiting"

YouTube - Happiness By The Kilowatt - City And Colour (Cover)

YouTube - Dallas Green - Boiled Frogs (acoustic)

Here's the same song but with his band, Alexisonfire:

YouTube - Alexisonfire - Boiled Frogs

and another AoF song YouTube - Alexisonfire - No Transitory

    Interview:

YouTube - City and Colour Interview Part 1
YouTube - City and Colour Interview Part 2

^^^Great example because it isn't fancy, it's a webcam interview in the backstage lounge of a small club in Seattle rather than a well produced interview in a studio.

Plus he dresses like a lumberjack :P

My grandpa. He's probably an ENTJ who, at as he has become older, has turned into the uber-wise INFJ. He was the leader of a jazz band in his teens (sound familiar ) and then went on to become a management consultant and part time professor. We still arn't sure if he graduated high school, we've been meaning to ask him but never got around to it. My mom has described him as "so intelligent it's scary". He passes down wisdom in a way that just naturally fits into the rest of your life from the second you leave his condo in downtown Toronto. He has a few strange but adorable mannerisms, such as ordering hambergers without the meat and refusing to sleep near the elevator in hotels even if it's impossible to hear it from your room. He's just so calm and relaxing to be around, and has so much to say about everything. I hope I'm just like him when I'm an old man!

Pierre Trudeau (ENTP) He was one badass politician, and he got shit done! I think they should take the Queen off the $20 bill and put him on it! The Queen already has all the coins!

He's the guy that isn't Castro.
