    But you tried it! You didn't crinkle up your nose just on principle because it was something strange.

    Personally speaking, I've found liver, blood sausage, and beef hearts (although I think these have to be prepared just right so they aren't rubbery and unappetizing) to be delicious.

    I hated liver as a kid. I can eat it now.
    The other stuff just makes me ill thinking about, though... sorry.
