For me it's ENTPs, they're so god damn smart.

the type of person that will not concede to the truth
although is 3 parts disgust, a dash of learned compassion, and a pinch of fear
    never mind,
that pinch was that guy in the corner

Immature ENTJ's tend to disgust me,
ESTJ's tend to just piss me off,
INTP's are the most intimidating to me because they are hardest for me to read emotionally,
INFJ's are the most threatening- there can be only one Highlander sort of a thing, lol,
ISTJ's and EXFP I think are the actually scare me types for me because in my experience they are the most explosive and when they are unreasonable it's the worst!

INTJ's are the type of scary that I myself would like to be therefore I love them, lol.
    ENTP's and ESTP's are magical.

I'm pretty sure no type scares me in a genuinely frightened, bad way, although in a thrilling sorta good way, INTJ's can sometimes...

ENTP's scaring ENTJ's? Hahaha... as IF! I was very close to an ENTJ once who said that he was so used to people being scared of him (though he never intended to scare anyone) that if he came across someone who wasn't then it intrigued him and also scared him a bit. He was talking about me... heheh... cos like when he got all angry or whatever and other people were hiding in the filing cabinet, I was still just sitting on his desk playing on my Gameboy, and he'd turn to me like all puffed up and say "WELL?!" and I'd just shrug and tell him he had some ketchup on his tie, it totally threw him off balance...

Ironically the type that can scare me is (an immature) ENTP, their ability to say or do things for shock value can throw me, that combined with their willingness to be confrontational and inability to see their behaviour as questionable leaves me unable to let my guard down with some.

    * ISTJ making decisions involving me without seeing or acknowledging all sides of the issue
    * INFJ at odds with me -- the passive aggression just sears my soul.

    ENTJs.

The Te thing coupled with the impenetrable Ni gives me nothing to connect with. I feel like I'm talking to a terminator and don't know how to approach things.

(No offense meant. More Te-oriented people probably enjoy it. My Te sucks.)
