    To highlight my point about lyrics really not bothering me, I present to you one of my favorite songs!

    The lyrics are horrrible, and so pathetically shallow it's kinda funny. It doesn't matter though because I LOVE the sounds! It's so good .

    lol the music it's really contagious, I feel like this is the perfect song to go around singing to yourself and then someone overhears you, extra points if that someone is your crush.

    Vocals in the form of lyrics changes a song in the same way that a movie does a book. Without them I could just use my imagination and personal experience to form the music into something that means something to me specifically... but lyrics just ruin that opportunity (Though that doesn't mean I can't enjoy the song of course). I don't mind a song which uses the human voice as just another instrument however! Especially distorted female voices, those can be amazingly beautiful~
