More healthy behaviours. Exercise and meditation/reflection. Less unhealthy behaviours. Smoking and drinking. I would also like to work on other areas of morality such as vegetarianism and helping others.

New exercise program -- either the one from Targeted Hypertrophy Training (musclehack.com) OR from Better Than Steroids (Dr. Warren Willey).
Combine with cardio and zig-zag carb loading to take off the weight I put on after injuries last year.

Improvement on what I've done in 2014.

I mean, hey, a lot has change in 2014 for me.

Like, I am a much different person 1 year prior, a much different person 8 months prior, and a much different person 6 months prior.

So big, but readily attainable, improvements.

    simple stuff:
    - lose the 5-8 lbs. (probably - I'm afraid to step on the scale right now) I've gained over the last few months
    - go through my journal and, before I forget them, write down the details of things I'd only noted with a few words as a mental bookmark
    - respond promptly when people try to contact me, even if just to let them know I'll get back to them later

    bigger challenges:
    - accept what I can't change about myself. Work on what I can improve, and see the process as a bunch of little steps instead of a huge unscalable mountain
    - wake up and stop being so self-focused

Homegirl is definitely going to try and do this in reverse! *fingers crossed* If all goes well, I'm 100% treating myself to a decent trip somewhere in Europe.

    Cross-posted from my blog:

    - Get a new job ASAP, ideally by mid February
    - Start networking and planning career path with more specificity after new job is attained
    - Get back into dating
    - Try to be more adventurous and do more new and fun things around the city, since it's so big and so much goes on every day
    - Continue saving money for small trips
    - Exercise at least 3x per week, potentially more when the weather is nice
    - Hygge all year long!
    - Make more consistent contact with your long-distance friends (especially INFJ and ENFP), and try to visit them every once and a while!
    - Get a more consistent mental health maintenance system in place -- journal entries? mindfulness meditation? support group? -- and stick with it, seeing where it gets you
    - Generally try to be more of a mature adult
    - Get over your god damn existential crisis!

I am in love with that word.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

Me too. It has really enriched my life since I first heard about it and embraced it (and evangelized it to my friends).

I want to get out of exile; my old habits are starting to show through.
