Woah! Maybe you should see a Hoodoo practitioner because you're either suffering from a medical condition or someone has done a crossing. Either way it could be $50 well spent and I doubt it could get much worse.

You can also take some cannabis pills in the night, but it would be better to get advice from your doctor.

I suspect more than anxiety and psychosomatic symptoms here.

Its reminiscent of Dancin or whatever his name was.

    I dont know that username.

I only remember that other thread, someone turned up bemoaning their therapist/therapy per se, lot of people got on side with them. I flagged the possiblity their story didnt check out, no one listened but after a short time lapse they were being just as confrontational, defensive with everyone else.

    I notice patterns. Early.

Anxiety disorders are a complex mix of biological and psychological problems. Because of this complexity, sometimes it is easily fixed with meds, lifestyle changes, and/or therapy but sometimes it's not. I'm not a doctor, but I would advise a new mix of all three. Get yourself checked out by a doctor to make sure there isn't a problem with your thyroid or something like that. Find someone to talk to that doesn't make you angry. Look into alternate herbal and food remedies. I know how horrible panic attacks are so I am serious about helping out anyone going through the same.

If it weren't for the fact that you mentioned having "tingling" sensations in your back, in conjunction with mental fog, sleeplessness and what most would describe as anxiety, I'd have been incline to think you might have unrecognized or unresolved feelings that were recently triggered. However, I'm thinking along the lines of you needing a chiropractic adjustment to alleviate possible nerve impingement. (When one part of your body is compromised, the whole suffers) That being said, something has probably triggered an emotional memory. (There's something called "transference" I'm still learning about) God bless you, and hope you're well soon!

I want to ask him what his diet is like, and if it has changed much from the time he started having anxiety. But I see he's temp banned. But uuuhm yeah like what ExNinja said, vitamins, try experimenting with them.
