    never be afraid to cry.

many think crying is a weakness.

could you imagine if it did not rain.

    we would starve.

also...sometimes when you want to breath deeply you cannot.

this may be because you need to exhale powerfully emptying out your lungs.

then the deep breath will come after on its own.

"to breath deeper exhale long, slow, and powerful."

to exhale long slow and powerfully breath deeply. shift your focus from your exhale to your inhale and vice versa and then alternate between both right after each other. experiment. find new ways to breath.

Sayrah blew life into the spheres and they moved. From her wheel she weaved the names of people in to mystery.

Show your care for the people in your life. All it takes is an instant and they can be gone forever.

I can feel the positive shift.

It took some time. I initially felt a tremendous weight that was lifted. It took some time but it finally came.

I know i can find this place again but it will be hard to remember that it's easy. It just takes time and listening.

You are your own worst critic, and input from others is the best reminder of that. Objective outside perspectives are the best reality check, and reality checks are the best way to shut up irrationally negative self-talk.

I don't know what your 6th grade experience was like but no... just no.

Everything is insideout, upsidedown and sideways on.

You can go so big everything is tiny and so small everything is huge and still a bit further....wait a minute didn't this happen before?

Oh well, maybe it'll happen again.

A lot of the time people buy gifts that they want.

Everyone wants to talk about themselves, everyone.

Some people are so unaware of how capable we really are as humans, and that's because they never branch out of a set of rules.
