Default Bad customer service gone viral, thoughts?

Hellish Comcast Call Sets New Standard for Shitty Customer Service

This is insane. I'm so glad I'm not with Comcast (although Windstream is a different kind of terrible).

Anyone experienced something like this before?

I just hope that Google gets here sooner than later.

I couldn't listen to the whole thing.

The CS rep is ridiculous, of course, and it seems like the customer is trying to make a point by not answering the question, but I feel like it might have been easier to just give some lame ass reason and move on or something.

Yeah this is my feeling as well.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

    I think they did that:
This recording picks up roughly 10 minutes into the call, whereby she and I have already played along and given a myriad of reasons and explanations as to why we are canceling (which is why I simply stopped answering the rep's repeated question — it was clear the only sufficient answer was "Okay, please don't disconnect our service after all.")
