I can cook, but I can only make stuff that tastes good. I can't make it pretty. I don't have enough patience for the presentation aspect.

I can cook some stuff, but think that this competition will be totally meaningless unless we can taste the results.

    The solution? A pot-luck meetup!

I'd love to submit my beignet recipe with creme anglaise and raspberries, but I don't have much time to cook everything submitted anymore

a shame, since that dessert is truly win-worthy

tricky, cos whenever I look at American recipes my head spins, not only because of the weird measurement systems, but also half the ingredients are things I've never heard of and would have no chance of acquiring... and in many cases wouldn't want to!

But cook? Boy, can I ever cook.

i ain't got time to cook! <-- why is this not an option?

or maybe it's more a motivation thing as my son will only eat chicken nuggets (and only microwaved ones) and cereal and toaster waffles. thus i end up eating microwavable food for dinner. so sad, because i like my food, but i don't like cooking for one.
just throw it against the wall and see what sticks.
