    No shit, right?

Don't know if this is you, but I used to bartend (before, wait tables) and gal I worked with used to say working in the service industry keeps u young.

That is if u can also avoid all the booze and drugs and partying that is involved.
I've had this ice cream bar, since I was a child!

    Each thought's completely warped
I'm like a walkin', talkin', ouija board.

Unfortunately I work in hotel industry mate. Obnoxious demanding guests make me old.

Probably 9-10 hours each day. I currently have no life.
    people who expect a change
who can't throw away their humanity
    who stay idle in growth
    who won't dirty their hands
those are the most terrifying of monsters

This seems a little overly cautious? It gauges me at medium, but I work standing up or moving around - no sitting - and I get at least half an hour of exercise most days. I also fortunately am not capable of staying still for long, lol. So I don't feel like I am at health risk because of sitting, particularly because I don't sit nearly as much as I lay in a vast assortment of ridiculous positions.

Review of my work day, in terms of sitting hours:

    breakfast 0.25
    Commute 0.60
    Morning 5
    Afternoon 5
    Commute 0.60
    Evening 4.5

    Total 15.95

At work i do take breaks, but those are rather short. Weekends are much better though, with on average less than ten sitting hours.
