I probably sit 4 hrs a day but that isn't consecutive.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

I'm sitting at the laundromat while my clothes are in the dryer... my health is beginning to diminish before my eyes.

Hmm. Apparently I sit 6.25 hours per day, mostly in bed surfing the net...like now...but I do at least 30 mins exercise a day. Today I probably walked for about 1 1/2 hours at my usual brisk pace plus did an ab workout.

I've had four pints of beer today though (and even more in the last two days) so it's probably all for nothing

Quite a bit but we're encouraged to get up and walk around for 10 minutes or so after 90 minutes of sitting. Ah the perks of working at a medical center!

I walk during my supper break and most of my department walks during lunch/supper as well. We do have to get up and down quite a bit for different tasks but it's not the same as taking a walking break.

12.5 hours a day, very high risk.

I still regularly exercise and I do take frequent short standing breaks. I can only be confined to a chair for so long.

Like, one. I am way too freakin' hyper. Just another side effect of ADHD.

I had to sit down to read this thread, because my height means I'm too tall to see the monitor standing up.

But in morbid irony, my ventricles exploded and I died. However I came back to make sure you know what a monster you are.

If I'm not sitting, I'm lying down, and I'm old as dirt, so I don't know about this theory.

I liked the dinosaurs. Flew to school every morning on my pterodactyl. It was great.
