I've been on a couple of times.
It was mostly INTPs... who were very quiet.

First you have to install a program onto your computer called Ventrilo.
There's an FAQ and a setup link on the download page.

Then you have to enter the server address into Ventrilo on your computer.
In mine, the server properties tab reads: 208.100.9.175
so I presume that's what you need to know.
It also says port 5100, but that may be an automatic setting... not sure.

    After you have Ventrilo,
go to the main page of MBTICentral,
scroll down almost to the bottom to the Ventrilo section.
There you can see if anyone is online.
Open your Ventrilo program on your computer and connect onto the server.

You can also read the beginning of this thread for more setup information if needed.

Yeah, definitely only for the elite. *scratches butt and snorts*

No, really, you're already IN the thread that explains it, just start at the beginning and it's all there. Even I figured it out, so ANYONE can.

Yep, tried to download and it didn't work. Either I am stupid, or they don't like Germans, or both!

No worries, I was just curious anyway.

    The first one I highly doubt...the second...maybe.

But don't give up, somebody can probly help you with it. I'm about as tech support as a donut, but maybe Zergling or one of the other wizards.

Okay, gotta be honest here: I am a total technical dumbass, so I am probably doing something wrong where a little kid could tell me, "You do it like this, STUPID!!!"

Yeah, I'm totally the same way. I can learn how to do what I have a practical use for, but if it doesn't function how it's supposed to, I'm completely lost.

My problem is that I do not have the patience to work with THINGS....

With people - that is a different matter.

But if the thing doesn't work, I just think - AWWW CRAP!

If I put my mind to it or am interested, it's one thing, but technical/mechanical/mathematical matters just baffle me.

I guess that part of my brain just did not develop properly.

I'm interested, but unfortunately won't be able to make it. Don't have the ability where I'm at. But when I'm back home tomorrow, for sure.
