I would testify and almost certainly not require witness protection.

Most protected witnesses, well over 90% I'm sure, are criminals who 'rat' on their associates. They face repercussions at the hands of their (former) associated because they're in "the life". I'm just a regular joe who saw a murder: it would be very unlikely that I would be threatened with reprisal for my testimony.

Will you read me a bedtime story tonight, Nico, so I can hear your lovely German voice?

Pretty much everything would be factored in.
You always cover all bases, this is why you're my attorney.

I was thinking this.... but pretty much basing this off of movies. I don't know about the real mafia.

I'd do it. I've decided honesty counts for something after all, even if it's only to myself.
[Trump's] rhetoric is not an abuse of power. In the same way that it's also not against the law to do a backflip off of the roof of your house onto your concrete driveway. It's just mind-numbingly stupid and, to say the least, counterproductive. - Bush did 9-11

This is not going to go the way you think....

Yeah I'd do it... I'm a 19 year old motherfucker and since I don't have my own children to take care off I'd risk my life for justice, even if the woman deserved death the baby didn't which brings up the question if Abortion is O.K, and if I lived in a socialist country or in a country that cares for it's ideals outside of them being mere propaganda in brainwashing the people I would say that it isn't.

So what would you do? Would you testify?
Hell yes - every single time I'm asked to.
