I voted borderline. Possibly I just don't know between E and I, but I find it more likely that I'm effectively neither, getting stimulation from whichever world is more convenient at the time, if sometimes being a little slow to make the transitions.

Interesting what a strong showing of INs there are on this forum.

What I'm wondering is why there are so many INTPs? I wouldn't have assumed so many of them to be as interested in Psychology as in Math, Physics, or Philosophy. And the other thing is, forums are usually used to interact with others. You would think INTP's would be more focused on sitting at home designing and refining theoretical systems than talking to people on a computer.

But that once again begs the question: Why would INTP's want to interact with people on a regular basis, even if it were on the computer? Why did much of the interaction seem more social, occasionally sympathetic, and amusing rather than focused on systems and theories? Wouldn't their inferior Fe make that kind of basic interaction with people draining? How did INTPc get so many members and posts? Perhaps most of them were some other type, and pretended to be INTPs so they could post there? Or maybe they were all depressed and acting out their shadow in a weak way... by socializing online?

Every forum in which I've searched for MBTI polls has had a massive IN majority. Probably varies somewhat with different kinds of boards, but I have the impression that it's just this form of communication that attracts a disproportionate number of INs.
