Indulged in one o' them soup bowl-sized mochas at Panera yesterday. It's now 7:00 am, and I haven't yet gone to bed or slept. And really feeling it. Tomorrow (Wednesday) is my first day back at work after a long leave, so I need to be "on".
So do I:
(a) Crawl in bed now and catch some Zs, but risk not being able to get to sleep again until late tonight
(b) Make myself stay up until this evening, when I'll really be ready to crash, but risk feeling like poop tomorrow from having missed an entire night's sleep the day before.
And then there's the compromise, catching a little sleep today, but only a couple hours.
(For the record, the mocha was worth it. They is fantastic.)
