    When I'm in a completely shitty mood, I like to eat shitty food it makes me feel better. Taco Bell, diet soda, gem donuts.

    Actually that is just a popular myth. Aspartame is not carcinogenic. It does taste like shit, though.

    No I get it. Don't worry. No need to say. Not saying it's rational either, but I purposely self-harm myself with food sometimes or smell gasoline vapor/cigarette, play music too loud.

    I tried so many times to do that but everytime I find it easier to engage myself too much into other distracting activities like reading ( a LOT of reading) music, dancing, watching movies and maybe painting when my son is not around etc..
    There are so many feelings that I don't admit to myself or think about, instead, I would just keep a distance from them, I burry my feelings down below..
    But I found letting some of it out here in the forum is helping a little bit so.. I'm thankful for that
