    Default In social settings, do you speak with everybody you meet?

    I must say I don't. and for various reasons, such as judgmentalism, apathy, feeling tired, or instinct (sometimes I know I wouldn't like talking to somebody when I meet them haha..)

    Some may deem this rude, but then at least for me I wouldn't care if this was done to me and I didn't see the person again.

    Depends on how many beers I've had.

    Everybody has a story. But some stories are more entertaining, interesting, or insightful than others.

    I'll introduce myself to all sorts of people, but I won't stick around and converse with them unless they "prove that they're worth my time" so to speak. That's a totally pretentious standard on my part, but I'm usually not interested in socializing for its own sake. (I like to watch social dynamics, though. Operative word: watch.)

    At some Halloween party, I got roped into a conversation about a TV show that I'd never seen before, wasn't quite familiar with, and wasn't interested in (whether before, during, or after the conversation). Why did I let myself get all ensnared like that? I'm not sure, but.. lesson learned; I didn't enjoy the conversation at all.

    No, I don't. People often don't even remember my name.

    nah, i usually don't. that kind of socializing is really draining and awkward for me. i say hi to people if the situation calls for it, but then i usually try to gravitate toward the people i want to talk more in-depth with, or go to the music if the people aren't working out for me. i do give off a friendly vibe to all though. i smile at way more people than i talk to.
    You hem me in -- behind and before;
    you have laid your hand upon me.
    Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
    too lofty for me to attain.

    Not really, though if someone comes up to me, I'll gladly entertain conversation.

    I like giving fake names to people, and they always seem to remember me by them. It's always funny when I end up seeing them later on and they're like "Hey Jeffrey!".

    I'm like "Lol wut?.. OH HUEHUEHUEHUE."
