Anyone who asked me was told that cash or a Cineplex gift card would do.
Some of my clothing is getting a little too worn out so I'll probably buy myself some new stuff. And I'd like some tweezers. I can never seem to find tweezers when I need them, so perhaps a "grooming kit" would be a good idea.
...I want a replacement for my dearly departed Nook. I prefer paper but I bought a bunch of books right before it died...
An Xbox for my brats kids or some sort of crazy adventure. One of them mentioned going snowboarding?
Non-kindle tablets can pull up your books, too, by the way. I have a Nexus tablet, and I can purchase from Barnes and Noble/Nook, Amazon Kindle, and then the addition of Kobo, Aldiko and Google Play bookstore. It's neat this way, because I can price shop amongst them to find the best e-book deal. The apps are free. Plus the tablet does other stuff's. You could get yourself an iPad or other tablet instead, and still be able to access your Nook books.
"I don't know a perfect person.
I only know flawed people who are still worth loving."
I don't really "do" the whole xmas thing.. but I'm currently just wishing to resolve my cat's health problems.
Relatives who bug me about not knowing what they "should" get me- insisting they must get me something, I suggest PETCO giftcards (it's the only place in walking distance that sells his special food). Jack's canned goods are expensive.
Don't really "need" anything else, I guess?

Procrastination nation ---- haaaaaaalp!!!!!!!!!!
I'm still supposed to sew four pairs of adult-sized pajama bottoms for the spawn.
I really meant to be good this year. So far I've sewn one gift and bought two stocking stuffers. I'm in so much trouble.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.” ~ John Rogers
