    No!

I want smiles and fire dances and body language and moments.

Fuck the technology as part of evolution argument. It's not natural. It's not healthy.

-How beautiful, this pale Endymion hour.
    -What are you talking about?
-Endymion, my dear. A beautiful youth possessed by the moon.
-Well, forget about him and get to bed.
    -Yes, my dear.

To love, trust, and live life with all my being.

It's not really a wish, as it's in my complete control.

Besides meeting the (a?) right person for me?

I want to do what I love and to be rewarded handsomely for it.

    To change the world

    (in a good way)
Where you used to be, there is a hole in the world, which I find myself constantly walking around in the daytime, and falling into at night. I miss you like hell. ~Edna St. Vincent Millay

If you want to ditch technology on a doctrinal basis, you have to ditch the medical technology too. Can't have your cake and eat it too, colms.

That means accepting pain and the likelihood of an early death as part of the deal. You still up for it?

Yes, absolutely. Nature is what it is. You see many people in tribes live to old age; some into their hundreds. I would absolutely take that life at the risk of an early grave. I don't want to live forever. I don't want to live for tomorrow.

And you see many more die before the age of 12, of things like intestinal parasites. I would study the odds before I rolled the dice on that one.

And things that you and I would routinely have fixed today, like appendicitis, would be life-ending events.

You're right. 'though I do wish there was something better than the constant period of transition we're in now. And I don't want to start sqwarking for socialism; it's been done.

To express that, I would have to go off on about five billion different tangents which no one wants to hear.
