Question Do you think life is worth living if you're a legitimately ugly person?

What do you think? Is it?

How many good-looking 90 year olds do you see? Everything equalizes over time (that includes IQ, the brainiac who lives long enough eventually becomes an idiot).
The life not worth living is the life lived through the views and standards of others.

    Yes, very.

Compassion, intelligence, humor, willpower, and so many other deeply beneficial attributes have zero relation to physical beauty. I'll take a kind person over a physically attractive person any day because the kind person gives so much to the world. The attractive person... well, they look pleasing. But a nice ficus performs the same function and is easier to upkeep.

In some ways it makes it even more worth it to have to fight and overcome. People who are handed everything on a silver platter can be horribly depressed and feel life is without meaning. It's all about how you decide to respond to it. If you need help overcoming, there are therapists and healthcare professionals and numerous other human service workers who devote their lives to helping people overcome the genetic hand they're dealt.
