Default Ladies! Tattoos, yay or nay?

Tattoos on men, do you think they're sexy? If so, what kind and where?

I'm thinking of getting atleast one tattoo. I've always wanted something personal tattooed on me, but haven't been certain about what since I have so many ideas. In fact, I'm still considering if I should get one or not. Part of the reason why I want one is self expression, but also for sex appeal. I find tattoos on women incredibly attractive (if they're already hot), btw!

My current idea is tattooing "Molon Labe" (which is a saying made famous by King Leonidas at Thermopylae and roughly means "Come and get it!") in ancient Greek alphabet and a Spartan helmet on my forearm. Possibly the left one. I'm also thinking of a tribal design on one of my shoulders, down to the elbow. If it makes any difference, I'm fairly muscular and in a few months, I'll be completely ripped!

    Ladies, your input, please!

I don't care for them, but I'm a middle aged Bible college drop-out. Probably not your target audience.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

I like them in moderation. All over tattoos seem a bit much though.

Honestly, there are some that are beautiful, and some that are grotesque. I don't think I could handle seriously looking at a sticker collection on a guy's arm day in and out. It just... screams a lack of appreciation for the art to me.

But honestly, a bad tattoo is not a deal breaker. Those things can be fixed. I don't much think of it outside of that.

I would've taken a tattoo if I believed that the howling wolf on my back wouldn't turn into a poodle in my sixtees. If you know what I mean.

I have a friend with a fallen angel on his back (one wing on the ground, one falling off and walking away into his body) that is like the best tattoo I've ever seen though. Everytime I've seen that tattoo I was like, I want one too.

But the moment only lasts seconds so I never get around getting one and I never will.

Doesn't appeal to me. To me it says the person is overly concerned with the material, and probably has a simple mind. And is probably a kind of person who is not my type, like the opposite of wholesome. That's just me and my personal judgment; I may not be their type either. That said, one or two aren't automatically bad if they're tasteful, artistic, and/or personally meaningful. It depends on the person.
