Been with girls (and in relationships with girls) who had them and who didn't.

I would prefer the girl doesn't have any, but it's not a huge deal unless she's rocking full sleeves/neck tat etc...

One of my exes had a big hammerhead shark across her back that I nicknamed Frank.

Even when I bump into her today, I always ask her how frank's doing .

I agree. Though, I find myself most attracted to white, tanned women who have tattoos. Like this tattood red headed woman I was with once: As I undressed her I just marvelled at how perfect her body looked to me. I was a bit confused for a while as to whether I should continue to soak in her beauty, or spank the hell out of her. I did both :P

Imposing your views on someone else is naive. Don't do that. It also discourages people from expressing themselves.

That doesn't really mean anything. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

Thank you all for your input! I've decided more specifically what my first tattoo will look like. Also, I've concluded that I don't really care what people will think of it, as long as I like it and it is congruent with my identity.

I'm pretty neutral on tattoos on guys. A whole lot of them is kind of a turn-off even if they're cool. A moderate amount of ink is okay-to-cool depending on whether I like the specific designs.

I have two myself so I'm not anti-tattoos.

No judgment on people who have them. For myself, no body modifications since my aesthetic preference leans simple and clean.

I thought I was anti-tattoos, but after being with someone that had it, I didn't mind. Seems like I have no preference.
