    Ahh 3 more.

    1. I have an intellectual fascination with true crime and murder. I would never kill anyone but I like to try to see why people do the shit they do as opposed to the blanket statement, "they're evil".

    2. My eyelids are asymmetrical. One defined double eyelid and one partial double eyelid (East Asian eyes are strange).

    3. My first English word was harmonica.

It seems lots of people have scars on their faces~~

    1. I'm mostly left-handed but ambidextrous enough that I need to try out new physical tasks on both hands before deciding which one feels most natural.

    2. When I was a kid, I frequently broke my toes on doors, lol. Sensing-deficiency FTW. Because of that, I have a slight fear every time I open doors now to make sure that my feet aren't in the way.

    3. I love learning languages. English is my native, I'm practically fluent in Spanish, and now I'm in the middle of learning American Sign Language (which is really fun).

    1. Music makes me cry sometimes. And I like that. I often like music that is a little sappy, as long as it seems raw and not too syrupy and glossy.

    2. I don't care about winning arguments and being right nearly as often as people seem to think I do. It's just that I place a lot of importance on understanding things and the truth. It always strikes me as odd that some people think I'm cocky or arrogant, because if anything, I'm sort of a coward... I didn't even lose my virginity until I was 25, and that cowardice was part of it. I'm trying to be bolder, so that kind of thing does kind of bug me.

    3. I practice chakra meditation sometimes. I don't know why it works, but it definitely makes me feel more grounded/calm (I have a lot of trouble with the stuff associated with the bottom two chakras... although third eye and throat are very prominent. Whether that's real or not, I don't know, but it seems to get results. Maybe one day we will find out that there is some kind of basis for it, even if it's only in terms of nerve linkages between the brain and various glands.)
[Trump's] rhetoric is not an abuse of power. In the same way that it's also not against the law to do a backflip off of the roof of your house onto your concrete driveway. It's just mind-numbingly stupid and, to say the least, counterproductive. - Bush did 9-11

1- When I was a kid, I used to think coins were more valuable than bills... Which still makes some logical sense when you consider that they are more expensive to produce. I ended up trading a R$5 bill for a R$0,05 coin, which was the ultimate Ti fail.

2- I acknowledge that I could lose things or people I care about someday, and to cope with that possibility I try not to get overly attached to anything, even to my own life for that matter.

3- I love dark humor, but it has to be somewhat witty. Dead babies jokes are kinda lame.

Yeah, mine isn't very noticeable if I don't shave for a while and even if I do shave, nobody seems to notice it unless I point it out.

As for the original topic, most people don't know that I have a forklift license and that I got it by learning to drive the forklift in the snow.

    1) I go to church every Sunday, and take that pretty seriously -- but a lot of it is cultural. My mother is a church organist and I grew up sitting on the organ bench with her and turning pages.

    2) I was studying abroad in Egypt when Mohammad Morsi was elected. I have never seen that much jubilation in one place in my entire life.

    3) One of the more obvious things about me on the forum -- how introspective and obsessed with self-improvement I am -- is probably one of the least obvious things about me irl.

    1) I have really bad body image/dysmorphia issues.

    2) I cried the first time I ran a mile because I never thought I would be able to.

    3) I have thick scars on my left elbow from a doctor's botched attempts to remove warts I had when I was young.

    1. I have mild scoliosis (childhood doctors said I didn't need bracing) - externally, you can only tell by closely examining my shoulder alignment. One's slightly 'shorter' than the other. The only people who've noticed it in my life thus far have been solely within the medical profession.
It's definitely visible under CT-scan, as last year's BLINDING MIGRAINE FROM THE UNEXPLORED REACHES OF HELL illustrates:
    thoracicrooked.jpg

I'm fine with my slight crookedness.

    2. My birthmark is in my hair - My hair's naturally very dark brown, save for one black streak. Hard to notice, but it's there. Dyes never seem to take to it, either.

    3. I have 1 mole or "beauty mark" on my body... inside my eyeball. Not readily visible- I was only made aware of this anomaly during a routine eye exam (w/dilation & opthalmoscopy). Typically benign. Known as a choroidal nevus.
