If I had to take a stab at birth order, Juice would be the oldest, Zara would be the middle child, and Nico would be the baby.

You and Jag as parents would be something like having Venus and Mars as mum and dad.

IRL, yes. But this thread is fiction. (If Z were my son IRL, I might have to slap him upside the head. )

Crap. I so had this coming

Alright, lemme roll with this. Uhmm...

I seriously wonder if my mother instinct would kick in on that, Jag, or if I'd just grab a bag of popcorn and watch the show

I might just jump in though, if he goes on me enough

Or perhaps big brother @Juice might just jump in before I have to

Thankfully, Baby Nico was prudent enough to leave home at age 15 to work in a coal mine.

Is this figurative or literal smothering? Your INTJ mother would not look too kindly on it, either way.
I've been called a criminal, a terrorist, and a threat to the known universe. But everything you were told is a lie. The truth is, they've taken our freedom, our home, and our future. The time has come for all humanity to take a stand...

Like I said, misunderstood middle child.

Juice would have just enough of his mother in him to know what to say to whom and how to make sure he managed to get his way at all times with the minimum amount of effort on his part. Nico would, in the way that youngest males typically do, be so secure in the knowledge that he was the universally beloved baby of the family that he wouldn't feel obliged to give a shit about much of anything but himself and whatever "deep, philosophical pursuit" was occupying him at the time.

But Zara. Good ol' dad would know that his heir apparent was full of shit, and likely would have given up on trying to relate to...whatever was going on with his youngest (who was always his mother's, in any case). But then there'd be Zara. The only one he could reasonably expect to pass along the things he held to be of value, the knowledge he had gained about what it means to be a man, and feel it might be valued in turn. Z would be the one he'd have real expectations for, the one he'd demand the most from, and probably the one he'd have cause to get into an actual boxing match with at least once before he left home. So yeah, I could see Z getting the occasional smack upside the head in that context, and likely have it coming.

Or at least I could imagine it, as the Maggie the Cat to his Brick might.
