    Yeah.

Usually it's just accompanied by nihilism or feeling sorry for myself. I attribute it to a mis-location of the priorities that would set me on the most beneficial track.

Most of the time I'm sort of neutral, even though I may not seem so. There's only a dull sense of the emotion working behind the scenes, which I may use during meditation to adjust in the case that I've run up against a wall.

I'm too busy these days for depression, but yes.
'One of (Lucas) Cranach's masterpieces, discussed by (Joseph) Koerner, is in it's self-referentiality the perfect expression of left-hemisphere emptiness and a precursor of post-modernism. There is no longer anything to point to beyond, nothing Other, so it points pointlessly to itself.' - Iain McGilChrist

"Suppose it didn't," said Pooh, after careful thought.
    Piglet was comforted by this.

It's the internet. Isn't everyone depressed?

Terrible things happen to good people every day.
Consequentially, I am not one of the good people.
I am one of the terrible things.

I have and sometimes do especially in the winter. Doing okay for now. I'm enjoying non-depression while it lasts.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”
