Well I don't see how any of this is age specific (except for the brief high school comment) but I think it's good advice in a "reminders about stuff you already know" kind of way. Everyone needs reminders here and there. I like it.

To make it more age specific I'd expect more commentary on taking on responsibilities you probably didn't have in childhood/teenage years, dealing with parent relationship, etc.
Don't know how much it'll bend til it breaks.

It's not one-size-fits-all. some people would stand to benefit from taking this advice. Others already represent it too much.

Oh, some I relate to. Others really not by any chance. I relate to:
    12. Stop seeking approval so hard. [not so much approval, but i listen too much to other people's opinions and should learn how to trust my own]
    14. Stop rejecting the potential to feel pain. [a lot. i really have to make progress on this]
    18. Stop ‘buying’ things you know you’ll throw away

I was gonna say stop drinking soda. It's better to break habits like that early on, rather than packing on the pounds for twenty+ years.

The missing out one is a little wrong though. Think of all the people who wed and bred before 25 and are now, at 40, trying to live vicariously through their teenagers. I think it's important be young while you have few(er) responsibilities.

Stop thinking everyone else is so focused on what you do, say, how you look, etc. and realize they're much more interested in themselves to notice.
