I suppose, technically, if it conveys a meaning that we both understand it IS a word by connotative definitions

and the nerd language above definitely must mean that it's real!

There are some things we can't control.

We can't control our culture and we can't control our character.

In the meantime, like rats in a rat race, we try hopelessly to manipulate our character and our culture. All the time being blind to our culture and our character. And it is the frenetic attempt to manipulate our character and our culture that binds us blindly to them.

The nicest thing is to discover the nature of our culture through the study of comparative history.

And it is deeply touching to discover the nature of our character through psychoanalysis, or the study of our own personal history.

This was harder to tell. Especially when, yes, these things tend to happen gradually with me. If anything, I am good at lying to myself.

I'm starting to know the signals though. I'm the type to bottle things up to proportions. Best thing for me is to not bottle it, especially with close ones (harder said than done.)

    Get out of my head.

But what if your happiness stems from seeing others happy?

The part I'd previously never considered is that if you are happy they will be too eventually!

    The Cheese of Happiness

The pursuit of happiness is one way to fuck up your stupid life.

But worse, the culture of the USA guarantees in their Constitution, "the pursuit of happiness".

So the problem is the culture, not you.

But trapped within the culture, we are like a rat constantly seeking the cheese, but the cheese of happiness is to entice us to the rat trap.
