You make a good witness. I don't mean in the sense of a criminal trial, more like a journalist. You have had some unusual but important experiences, and are able (and willing) to share them with us in a way that dispassionate, while still allowing the fundamental human concerns to come through clearly.
Hope is the denial of reality. It is the carrot dangled before the draft horse to keep him plodding along in a vain attempt to reach it. We should remove the carrot and walk forward with our eyes open. -- Raistlin Majere
You have a way of bringing clarity to any situation. Somehow you untangle information, organise it and create a clear overview like it is second nature, leaving things easy and transparent for the rest of us to digest. And that is truly a gift. You bring things to light that no one would've even noticed otherwise.
And I suspect that the greatest part of that gift, is the part where you genuinely seem to use that succinct mind of yours to help others see what they need to see, what they may have missed. To contribute in a meaningful way to their lives. However, I also suspect we'll never know for sure as I doubt you'd want this to be common knowledge.
