    I hate my shyness/social anxiety/self confidence issue/s.

I could probably help you with that.

The inability to stick to my interest and actually realize something in my life, and the inability to do (or remember) little things in life such as cleaning the kitchen or so - that would help a lot!

I'm always a little suspiscious of threads like these, along with a couple of other topics they always make me think they could be subtitled "volunteer some information I will later use to hurt you", *sinister laugh* perhaps with the "everyone is doing it" follow on.

I have very high standards for myself and for those closest to me. It's an overall good thing, except when I allow myself to get disappointed when I or they don't live up to them. The proclivity for disappointment is worse when my ol' brain meds aren't working at 100%, which is a factor beyond my control.

    That's.. pretty much all.

I hate being able to write this so easily :X.

Right now, I mostly hate that fantasizing for me is like crack cocaine. I want to leave socializing or work just so I can fantasize about a reality that is more intense, fulfilling, interesting, just BETTER. I hate that I want to avoid people & life because fantasy is so much more satisfying; except that it's NOT at all more satisfying.

I'd like to be more self-disciplined and inclined to DO rather than just think, dream, & feel. I hate having a lot of knowledge & even insight & understanding, but not a lot of know-how & a very scanty "resume".

I hate not having a solid sense of self in outward terms. One minute I feel good about myself, the next ashamed. I feel invisible or conspicuous. I feel obnoxious or inoffensively dull. I feel too intense or too aloof. I feel very ordinary or very strange. I hate feeling extremes so much.

I hate not having a solid emotional feeling about reality. One minute, I'm unaffected & uncaring, the next I'm disappointed & upset, the next I'm elated & hopeful.

I hate not connecting easily with others. I hate not connecting on the level I need/want. I hate needing/wanting.

I hate feeling like I have squandered potential or feeling like I'm deluding myself into thinking that I have potential at all.

That's plenty for now. Actually, that sums most of it up.
Often a star was waiting for you to notice it. A wave rolled toward you out of the distant past, or as you walked under an open window, a violin yielded itself to your hearing. All this was mission. But could you accomplish it? (Rilke)
