THISSSSSSSS. I leave it on until it bubbles or peels off by itself.

It's not so much about protection (since I can handle my stuff pretty well -- am very careful) as it is about preserving its newness.

You get to keep the clean newness and without the hazy plastic film.
I might have to get some of that! Good idea.

Must peel. My mom insists on leaving it on... She still has plastic over her keyboard on her computer...and it's over a year old now. That plastic looks so gross!

It's going to go all by itself anyway, and in the interim it's gonna look half-torn and spotty. May as well get it over with right away.

My father takes it off but puts it back on when he's not using it. Whereas I take it off ASAP and end up with about ten different scratches and smudge marks by the end of the first day.

I peel too, but lament on the peeling, because such pristine beauty is not meant to last ...

It's like keeping the plastic on your lampshades. Keeps 'em prettier under the plastic, but since you never get to enjoy them without the plastic, what is the point? Just knowing they're clean under there?

Wow… just… wow… I’m so sorry to hear that. How do you deal with that? Are you coping with that okay?

It's hard. Every time I'm over there... I just see the tattered edges sticking up and I can't help myself... I have to pull pieces of it off...
