    Pictures of Underwater Dogs

For all that we have done, as a civilization, as individuals, the universe is not stable, and nor is any single thing within it. Stars consume themselves, the universe itself rushes apart, and we ourselves are composed of matter in constant flux. Colonies of cells in temporary alliance, replicating and decaying and housed within, an incandescent cloud of electrical impulses. This is reality, this is self knowledge, and the perception of it will, of course, make you dizzy.

    Dogs and Politics

Dogs, of course, are pack animals. So a friendly dog takes me into their pack. But once inside the pack, politics takes over. For instance, who will be the leader of the pack?

And we know a dog is only happy when they know their place within the pack. And if I don't lead, they will take over the lead themselves.

So dogs are highly sophisticated about the relationships within the pack. And what we take to be friendly play and companionship is in fact sheer politics, and no less enjoyable for that.

I really can't stand cats. I find the way the move and purr creepy.

    Love both. Have both.
If I could only have one, I would choose a cat.

I really appreciate cats the most. It's nice that they overall tend to be more self-contained, but at the same time can still display affection. Mine follows me around the house like a child in the grocery store if I've been gone for a while. It's nice

I have more experience with cats, being a city dweller and all...but I like dogs too. Apples and oranges. It's fun when they interact.

dogs at least look guilty when they do something horrible like leave a deep scratch across your lips though... I value the pathetic rolling over and begging for forgiveness after a horrible and deforming act like that!

The truth comes out: cat owners are devil worshipers by proxy.
