Default Phrases That Have Ceased to Amuse Me

Okay, people, let's have at it. What are some overused phrases that you're just plain getting tired of hearing or reading? I'm not talking about cliches. I'm talking about little pop culture things that people latch onto and run into the ground.

    I'll start:

    Not so much

ex: I love Conan, but Leno, not so much.

I hear Paul Reiser in my head everytime I read that phrase, and I don't like it one bit.

"See what I did there?" Yes, now that you've made it glaringly obvious.

"We didn't come here to lose." Oh, and the other team did?

I know I'm forgetting a ton of them.
Everybody have fun tonight. Everybody Wang Chung tonight.

"We didn't come here to lose" really bugs me. "hella", not so much. That one's more just kind of meh to me.

    See what I did there?

Gonna have to throw in "awesome" and "totally". Don't get me started on "totally awesome".

The 80's called. It wants its lingo back.

    Oh, which reminds me:
"<blah> called. It wants its <blah> back."

Was never really in the area of funny, hasn't moved any closer with age.

Haha! Yeah, only every once in a while, someone throws in just the right obscure reference, and can make me laugh with that.

I will totally defend awesome as being awesome.

Okay, I'll concede that that one is effective with the appropriate obscure reference.

Well, it's resilient, I'll give it that. We've managed to kill off most of the 80's residue.
