I don't know if there's any way for me to answer this question fairly, because it all depends on

    1) the context in which people know me,
    2) how well people know me,
    3) how (in)secure/arrogant the people are, and
    4) how intelligent the people are*.

My friends and family think I'm intelligent. But then again, no one who holds me in high esteem thinks I'm of (below-)average intelligence. I don't think anyone has befriended me in spite of my intelligence level before. People who don't think I'm intelligent, probably wouldn't want to befriend me, because not much is more obnoxious than a dumb extrovert.

*because if they were more intelligent than me, they wouldn't think I'm intelligent.

As intelligent, of course. All intelligent people know I'm intelligent. Duh.

Sadly, the only people that have ever called me "intelligent" are dullards.

Because of my amazing ability to present cutting-edge ideas in forms of delicacy and beauty, I can offer a fine illusion of greater intelligence than I in actuality posess - so yes, people see me as more intelligent than I really am.

For reference, I use big and powerful words like "The Grand Arcanum of Philosophical Cosmology" or "A Goal is a Star Guiding our Ways Towards Freedom".

Nice to see you've changed your type again, you've got seven more to go until you can say that at some point, you've imagined yourself to be every single one of the 16 MBTI types.

    I don't think it matters.

    I'm glad you noticed.

I sent you a personal message with all the details and said that this is indeed the case with me - and that arguments for INTP, ISTP, ENTP and INTJ along with 5 and 7 could be formed.

Some people that I consider incredibly intelligent (not just because they see me in a good light) see me as intelligent but I am sure there are some who probably see as me as stupid.

Some profs seemed shocked when I would score really high while others seemed to struggle and that I actually came up with "insightful" things or arguments in my papers.

I tend to assume (erroneously) if it's easy for me, then it must come easily to most people so I would not be good at measuring such a thing.
