Lactose keeps me from drinking the "real" stuff... but I drink soy from the carton and cherry and blueberry right from the bottle... and I sometimes wear my condoms inside out just for variety...

Drinking from the carton is gross.

No. Partially because it's kind of a dick move* when you live with five other people. Partially because if one of said people get sick, there is a good chance I'll be the one taking them to the doctor, going to the pharmacy, making soup, brewing herbal tea, etc. And partially because we use a lot of single-serving items and keep small plastic cups on hand, so there isn't much point.

I also don't really want the kids doing it and, as a general rule, what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the goslings at our house.

    * Edit: I just realized it's probably also because my grandparents were always careful to not have me eat or drink after them, even though they would eat or drink after me. I don't mind even eating stuff off the floor unless it has hair or dirt on it, but I don't want to do that to someone else, especially my kids, and especially if they don't consent to it.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

No. I hate drinking from paper or plastic. And I'm notorious for backwash.
