Okay, enough about Oberon. Santtu wants more confessions.

I asked my room mate strangest urge she's ever had. she told me she sometimes craves sweets. I think she's lying and I am determined to find out her actual strange urge. If she's not lying then she is way too normal to be human.

I also really wanted to scream at the top of my lungs non stop in a crowded train or bus. I usually laugh instead. no one knows why I'm laughing so I act like it's something on my ipod. and it's not a true laugh more like a smile and a chuckle.

besides I don't want to gnaw just bite one time, if i wanted to gnaw I'd carry around ketchup and hot sauce packets
    In no likes experiment.

    that is all

i dunno what else to say so

    Default The New

    I confess -

fear is my friend - she stops me doing anything new - she is very happy to follow the same old paths - she controls me from the inside - I look quite normal on the outside - but am terrified on the inside - I am terrified of her.

I can't look her in the eye but I have learnt to escape - I am an escape artist.

When they ask me what I want to do, I always say an artist - but they don't know I mean an escape artist. I need to escape from her.

I wake in fear every morning and escape to the Bakery with coffee and bury myself so deep in the newspaper, she can't find me.

Having escaped from the house to the Bakery, I feel a little more confident, and I think I will keep on running.

And I run right across town to the University - the perfect escape hatch for the perpetual student.

At first I escape to the Refectory for spagetti bolognese, then replete, no stuffed, I escape to the library - the escape du jour.

As I walk through the door, the Index approaches and says, "Choose your escape!".

This is the most exciting part of the day. Should I choose Heidegger's, "Time and Being", or perhaps I would prefer, Julian Jaynes, "The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind"?

Or should I go for the purity of mathematics and "The Laws of Form" by George Spencer-Brown?

Anyone of them fills my mind and drowns out the horror within.

Did I say horror? How could I say, "horror", when she is my friend.

When fear is your friend, you learn to escape but she is always waiting.

But what is she waiting for? Why does she keep waiting and waiting and waiting?

She only wants to save me from the new.

That's heavy. But duh, I must get some sleep before my response shorten to one syllable sentences. Oh yeah, and I'm a big internet addict, too.

(Why doesn't that feel like a confession at all?)

I can strangely relate to you Victor. I'm escaping something so hard I can't see what it is. I've started to see it last few days. Or am I imagining? So easily suggestible, me!

I wear fake crocs. With a plastic monkey pirate charm on one of them. And it makes me happy.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

Yes. Another of my terrible sins: External modesty.
(But I'm pretty naughty once I'm out of public view.)

    Oh damn, another confession! Waaaaaaaaaa......!
