Some might say something like "You have to listen to Merzbow"

Instead I say, in hell you ARE Merzbow

Or you could tell the devil to just stop asking, but in hell, the rules of good sense are suspended...

like one of those dreams where it seems like your normal life only something is a bit off and you can't put your finger on what it is and you start to feel really anxious about it because you can't figure it out... only the dream never ever ends and your stuck there feeling this sense of dread and anxiety forevermore

This happens repeatedly, but different things happen each time. Don't click the link if you are squeamish or easily scarred for life. (It's a YouTube video of some horror movie.)

Everyone around you is in some way wrong about something, but even when you're screaming to fix everything, no one notices.

flesh is filleted from tip to first joint, procedurally across all the fingers and toes, exposing the red-white prongs of structure lying beneath.

the eye sockets are gapped open until they splinter along the perimeter, eyeballs lolling about, no muscle contact to guide them.

a scalpel stroke is ran vertically from the paramount of the genitals to the base of the sternum, revealing the life-giving organs. cheese is packed into the cavity and a family of starved rats are let loose into the room.

the tongue is skewered twice laterally, wherein the pitch rolls with insurmountable force, your neck being pulled in upon itself towards your mouth, a fissure of blood erupting from the base of your throat as all muscle loses adherence.

you then drown in your own blood.
