    What, the Skooma? Well I haven't gotten my hands on any yet so I can't say. :/

    However if you meant the game then I'd say it's well worth looking into if you're a Elder Scrolls lore fanatic like me.~

    Don't listen to all that trash it received during its beta days... it's gotten way better according to the community. Also you can be a 4'10" Bosmer, which is a reason itself to buy the game.
