Had some other bills come up, and the clay gun ended not making sense right now (I will get one eventually). Anyway, decided to go with something else. I've been wanting to get into 3 gun shooting ever since I first heard about it. I've already got the AR15, and a shotgun that would do in a pinch, but I needed a good pistol (didn't want to shoot my glock in competition, not a huge fan of the striker fired trigger action for competition). So I put in a bid on this at Gunbroker:

Your representative owes you, not his industry only, but his judgment; and he betrays, instead of serving you, if he sacrifices it to your opinion.

Other spare cell finally broke, so I went to my other other spare: LG Vx8300

Had to get new chargers, though.

    Also got new sunscreen:

The bottle of body sunscreen is awesome. Not greasy at all. Feels/behaves like a moisturizer. Love it.
Got the little stick sunscreen to protect scars, recommended by my surgeon. I use it on the backs of my hands, too.

Also, I folded & ordered some more [1:10 dilution] bleach wipes to continue the battle of the kitty's Ringworm Plague. Paying extra for laziness*

*I can & do make my own bleach dilution daily for a lot cheaper (this shit's $12 - a gallon of bleach is $1, & I only need 4.5 tsp per 8oz water to disinfect the kittyspace) - but these are good for nights when I'm just too damn tired to do that extra crap. Also good for washing the bars thoroughly on Cricket's enclosure/getting the hair he sheds off (ringworm lives on hair shafts/can survive up to 18mos on surfaces without a host).

If it counts as a recent purchase - took Cricket to the vet yesterday for a followup. Ears are looking better but still definitely has ringworm. Got his ears shaved & now he's got a fat stubby mohawk. Got his distemper booster, and CBC bloodwork since he's due for it (actually circumventing an annual physical exam w/its dumb fee -providing I submit a poop sample sometime, the vet's ok w/that because she's awesome) & has been on some heavy oral antifungal meds, it's good to monitor liver function. Refilled his meds. So yeah. I spent money on that.

    Yay ringworm. All hail ringworm.

(in green - it's a beach tent for our upcoming vacation)

(it looks a bit granny-ish from the side but weighs very little and has lots of space in 3 equally large compartments (one for me, one for the wee one and one for stuff picked up on the road)

    This shirt:

Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.
