    Fair enough.

I came close to buying some Canada Dry today. Six-packs of glass bottles for $5, but only if I bought two or more and they only had one left.

I have a new jug for my Vitamix blender. We must swap recipes.

The latest study on vitamin D show that it is poorly absorbed on an empty stomach, but taken with a full meal, vitamin D is well absorbed.

Yes! Only I don't really have any recipes yet, except for the green smoothies in the Blendtec cookbook. Basically- frozen berries, water or coconut water, a bunch of spinach, a scoop of protein powder, and a banana. It's decent but I think I need different protein powder for it. Or just leave that out. What do you make in your Vitamix?

Edit: Tried it again today minus the banana, plus extra frozen berries and spinach, and with Greek yogurt instead of protein powder. Very good and it didn't have the weird foamy texture of the ones made with protein powder.
