Actually, no. I have never been called a tribalist or a savage by anybody, online or offline, in 32 years. Quite to the contrary. Maybe I am doing something right.

I was called me frigid by an sp guy. Should I extend my feelings of offense to all SP's? All men? No, I won't. It's just and forum and therefore I don't get emotionally indignant about it.

So all people's political beliefs line up exactly with the platform of either republicans or democrats?

I guess I shouldn't take fiscally conservative political stances, or identify with Republicans...

I guess I brought it on myself.

It's just funny because I think the 50 man team might only play because the 10 man team is so out there and determined. Usually I don't care as much on my own and I find myself responding to strong opinions instead.

I seriously doubt that this is what causes your problems and I think you know it.

    NOT because of political leanings
For all that we have done, as a civilization, as individuals, the universe is not stable, and nor is any single thing within it. Stars consume themselves, the universe itself rushes apart, and we ourselves are composed of matter in constant flux. Colonies of cells in temporary alliance, replicating and decaying and housed within, an incandescent cloud of electrical impulses. This is reality, this is self knowledge, and the perception of it will, of course, make you dizzy.
