Ummm... I smoke. Sleep irregularly. Don't eat as often as I should. If I drink, I drink as long as I pass out. I dont exercise at all.

But Im sure that my optimism will make me grow old.

Thats funny, because weed makes me act like an ENXJ.

As far as self destructive behaviors..I give up pretty easy on people. I don't give up on myself or on goals, though when it comes to people I have a "just f**k it" attitude.

Why do we do it, even if we know it's bad for us, either short-term, long-run or destructive to others in a way that comes back to us?

It's not in our (corrupt) best interests to stop.
    Not really.

I breathe, which is unfortunately going to slowly kill my organs. However, I've made it a point to stop breathing for five minutes a day, so soon I'll be able to kick that habit for good.

Er, no. I have the tendency to ignore symptoms I see in myself even though I really should address them, which is potentially self-destructive. This includes both physically and mentally. I've been trying to take note of that sort of thing, but mostly it doesn't interest me nearly as much as [insert random obsession] so I never bother.

I read online forums way too much and need to get out more.

(Seriously. It's a bad habit. Compulsive, even.)

I smoke alot of pot and cigarettes and drink way too much coffee and think way too much about things I can't do anything about and spend way too much time on the internet. Of course this combination makes for a pretty nice Saturday night

Moderation seems to be the key to everything, as I'm finding out so far.

My lack of discipline is my main self destructive tendency. Although I just started to take Kung fu lessons, I am fairly sure it will help a lot. Or hoping at least.

As for the why: force of habit mostly.

The behaviors: a temper, procrastination mostly.
