Apparently there's a linguistic connection between Arjuna and the Latin argent, meaning silver.

Pfeh. I coulda told you that.

Soz, I didn't notice this fascinating linguistic discussion and hence was unable to offer my services.

I am now too distracted by SDM's usage of the word 'nincompoop' and the purile laughter it elicits from me, and the idea of looking like Leonard Nimoy (something I've always wanted to do - what it is about those Saturnine bone structures, huh?), plus the fact that no matter what I try to do to that guy's name it still freaks me out. It's either my real name with my internet banking password (now changed, ha!), or if abbreviated to an acronym it becomes an anagram of a former passtime of mine.

I don't know... just did some research...

"arjuna" has been interpreted variously as:

"arjuna" = "arin + ji" = victor over foes

"arjuna" = "arj" + development = steady, stable (viz. in conflict, war)

"arjuna" <-- straight from the adjective meaning bright, shining

Lightbulb What is your first name?

Hey, I feel like this place is soooooo* impersonal because I am such an enfp thus...

Hello! My name is Jason. What's yours? If you have the balls that is

    *Ty @Saturned
For all that we have done, as a civilization, as individuals, the universe is not stable, and nor is any single thing within it. Stars consume themselves, the universe itself rushes apart, and we ourselves are composed of matter in constant flux. Colonies of cells in temporary alliance, replicating and decaying and housed within, an incandescent cloud of electrical impulses. This is reality, this is self knowledge, and the perception of it will, of course, make you dizzy.

It's kind of like when someone says "Ron...can I call you Ron?" and they reply "No."

    Now that that's settled.
