Default What is the "worst" age to be?

I'd say early teens. Puberty, hormones, dealing with superficial peers, wanting to be independent and have the rights that adults have but being too young to have that.

Next worst would be infant or very old age if you live that long. Infants are basically helpless on their own, can't get around and explore yet and can't adequately communicate your needs outside from crying.

Very old age can be kind of similar to an infant in a way. Physically, you might not be able to get around well. Mentally you might not be functioning well anymore.

Probably 70+, but I think there's a wisdom and earthiness that comes with old age that I find appealing.

in the culture I grew up in, and what I still think (but for a rather different reason) - childhood - tweens.

or until you've managed to wrest your autonomy from your custodian/s, and your attempts to assert your identity and individuality is taken seriously.

Yeah, the whole teenager thing. Just getting to the point where you're figuring out the world and shit's all changing internally and externally.. shit's gotta be rough.

Early 10s suck, for sure. Not nenessarly the worst age of all, though.
