    The people I find intimidating usually ignore me or I give them a reaction that gets boring after awhile so they don't bother after awhile.

    I'm hesitant to post in threads that are dominated by a handful of posters that includes both Salome and Zarathustra, actually. I don't really enjoy being on the other side of either of their engagement styles-- even though I've never gone up against Zarathustra personally, I've seen what it's like for others who have. I avoided threads with heavy Marm investment before her banning for the same reason.

    +1 to all. InvisibleJim had a real hardon for the mods and I think me in particular for awhile there (in part because I closed his special Vent room when I redid all the rooms to give other people a chance to have their own "custom" rooms- he denied it was about his room but I doubted the denial).
