Actually, this is not true, although it may appear that way to those who are incapable of criticizing ideas without simultaneously criticizing the people coming up with the ideas.

Ex: if you're angry (and/or trying to make someone else angry) when you're typing a post, you're doing it wrong.

Don't be better than everyone else, either. Apparently, people hate people who are better than them.

Naw, can you imagine if anyone actually thought that way

Actually, it is true, although it may appear untrue to those whose heads are so far up their asses that they can't see the light of day.

And, ftr, since you either didn't realize it, or didn't care that you were being hypocritical, in your own post you did exactly what you're accusing that hypothetical person of doing: criticizing someone (i.e., "hypothetical person, you are incapable of criticizing ideas without simultaneously criticizing the people coming up with the ideas") at the same time you're criticizing the idea.

Calling someone's post stupid is not criticizing that person, it is criticizing their post.

Yes, because the mods are the Gods of Insight into Other Peoples' Intentions.

Newb, if you are wearing the NFP label, do NOT forget to use emoticons or you will get called on it. Emoticons are a must for NFPs. Failure to comply results in extreme penalties such as questioning your type, taking your jokes seriously and being called a liar and a coward when attempting to clarify what you actually meant.

NFPs are also required to be cute and fluffy at least 75 percent of the time, otherwise they are considered dangerous and must be put down, or at the very least quarantined.

...perhap INTJs can teach ENTPs on how to do this properly?

Newb ENTPs, pay close attention to your INTJ mentors if the desire for poking NFPs exists.

One serious tip i can give you:

One of the hardest but most necessary and vital skills I picked up when I joined was when getting into debates with NTs..especially the Fe-variety kind (aka NTPs):

Take the time to revise the draft of the argument you have in your head, before you post it. Go through it to make it as logically consistent as possible and do not let your Ne jump over things that can be considered illogical, and figure that they will get what you mean, or will be willing to fill in the gaps together with you.

Most likely they will take it apart, but will be unable to see what you actually meant in your reasoning, leading them to often misunderstand what you meant and question your reason for being this non-sensical.

Learn to put in words such as 'ime', 'generally', 'if...then', 'hypothetically', 'could be construed as', 'seems like', 'potentially', and the like.

...or be eaten alive, till you get it right
