Gah, sorry. It's something my family like to bait me about, I have a hair trigger.

    Everything is duller than equestrian.

Mind you, I don't see any appeal in watching people running. I guess that's the awesome thing about the Olympics, there's something for most people.

I find swimming pretty boring. I love diving and gymnastics. I haven't watched any of the equestrian events yet this time but I like them.

I was pleased that they covered both the men's and women's cycling road races.

To me, cycling is the pinnacle of human endurance, along with cross country skiing...

You must mean on opposite day.

    Ain't that the truth.

Jordyn Wieber of the USA should have made to the all-around final in gymnastics. Stupid rule about a maximum of 2 people from each country being allowed to advance.

There is pair skating in the winter olympics but that's different in that there is a man and woman in each pair.

Don't the US team have berets all the time at the Olympics? I'm sure I remember them having them quite a few times.

I love watching cycling but the track way more than the road. It's super exciting and the events are so crazy and strange, and so unlike any other sport! NZ's pretty good at it too.

We had some flat caps before but never an actual beret. We were really into cowboy hats for a while too.

LL Kool J not only americanized the Flat cap but made it acceptable formal wear.

    LL indeed.
