Hm...as far as the books I read, I tend to lean on the morally upright and heroic ones at times or those who dream of a better life or do something for the good of their world, but have to deal with struggles and pain of being a human. They may have the tendency to not believe in themselves or lack self-confidence at the beginning of the story because they may be young and the society disagrees with them.

TV characters I relate to: Generator Rex: Rex Salazar, Noah Nixon, Beverly Holiday, Cricket.
    Naruto: Hinata Hyuuga, Rock Lee
    My Little Pony: FiM: Fluttershy
    Avatar: TLAB: Katara, Zuko
One Piece: Tony Tony Chopper (my fav character was Roronoa Zoro)
Thundercats 2011: A lot of Lion-o and a little bit of Tygra
My favorite Superheroes I identify with: Spiderman and Batman.
Transformers...it usually depends on the series: Prowl and OP
FFVII Advent Children: Cloud Strife and Aerith (forget her last name)
    Zac definitely from Crisis Core
    Loved Vincent Valentine
Save Thundercats 2011 petition. Because we do what we can. HO!!!:

It's kind of weird for a grown man to say this, but Arya Stark in Game of Throwns is the closest I've seen a character come to my younger self at least. I don't know she's ESTP or ISTP. I suspect @whatever was even more like her.

    Edmond Dantès
For all that we have done, as a civilization, as individuals, the universe is not stable, and nor is any single thing within it. Stars consume themselves, the universe itself rushes apart, and we ourselves are composed of matter in constant flux. Colonies of cells in temporary alliance, replicating and decaying and housed within, an incandescent cloud of electrical impulses. This is reality, this is self knowledge, and the perception of it will, of course, make you dizzy.

The cynic, the sadist, the emotionally unstable, etc. I think they kind of represent what I am, but cover up or can't express without consequences, which is part of why I'm attracted to them. It's kind of a vicarious thing, I guess.

Some of my favorite characters include: Shion Sonozaki, Rika Furude, Accelerator, Yuno Gasai, Minene Uryuu, Raskolnikov, etc. (It's unfortunate that I cannot think of many non-manga examples right now...)

Edit: Oh, and looking over that list, I'm noticing that every one of them (with maybe the exception of Rika.) is an anti-hero. So I guess that is a character type I identify with as well.

I mean I tend to undertrain myself in rpgs, just so they're not that easy, but that's impossible in this game. You can still train by drawing magic and gaining AP though, so it's not like you won't be rewarded for your hard work. I really don't understand the hate.

Squall isn't emo though... he just doesn't like people all up in his shit. or other people in other people's shit. he wants people to do what they want, when they want... or something. that's what i remember, it's been an awfully long time.

maybe the space suits have a linking system =X

yeah, i've never been for grindfests and becoming overpowered so i can see how someone finds no pleasure in that system. i liked the junction system, at least....

anyways, glad there's another fellow ff8'er out there.

    Something like
    Hiei (Yu Yu Hakusho) 40%
Yuri Orlov (Lord of War) 20%
    Nathan (Misfits) 20%
    L (Death Note) 20%

    Yes, I'm that chaotic.
